Your apartment comes fully furnished with a bed, access to a bathroom, basic appliances, aircon, a refrigerator, wardrobe, a communal/dining/living area, and access to a washer-dryer. Certain rooms or apartments may also come with extra amenities like access to a pool/gym, a desk & chair, or a balcony.
Your monthly rent payment includes a fully furnished flat, internet, utilities (see below), maintenance, cleaning or housekeeping services. For utilities, there is a monthly cap that depends on your type of accommodation.

For those staying in a Studio apartment, your entire apartment will be cleaned.
